Best Royal Treatment: The Goring

The Afternoon Tea room at The Goring, The Veranda, is floor to ceiling glass so you get a clear view of their garden while basking in sunlight while you devour their delectable selection of pastries. The Goring boasts a Royal Warrant, which means they are a top choice of the Royal Family. The staff’s attentive service made us feel right at home. Tea at the Goring isn’t quite complete without one of their excellent champagne pairings. During our experience there, we each walked away with a complimentary jar of homemade strawberry jam made on the premises. When making a reservation, request to be in the Veranda room for the best view.

Pros: winner of several awards of excellence, Royal Warrant, excellent service
